Both platforms can be accessed by using the BİLGİ email address and associated password.
BlackBoard Learn Assistance
The system can be accessed by using the bilgiedu.net (username@bilgiedu.net; Example: ahmet.yilmaz@bilgiedu.net) email address and associated password. If an incorrect password message is received from the BİLGi Learn system, by texting “Bilgipass’’ and sending the message to ‘2322’ and then using the 8 digit temporary password sent to your telephone, the password can be changed by following the “change password” step on the https://sis.bilgi.edu.tr page. To use the Learn platform on your mobile devices, the BB Student app must be downloaded. The following address lms.support@bilgi.edu.tr can be used for futher queries.
