The İstanbul Bilgi University Career Center assists students to discover themselves during their individual, academic and professional development, and to set and realize goals, and thanks to their applied programs prepares students for their professional careers.

Career Counseling

The Career Center is committed to assisting students with career planning, résumé building and preparing for job interviews.

BİLGİ Career Days

On Career Days, employers set up stands, organize promotional meetings and accept applications for posted internship and employment ads on campus for the students. Students have the chance develop profressionally by participating in various trainings and workshops during Career Days. There are numerous Career Days during the year to address different programs and disciplines.

BİLGİkariyer (BİLGİcareer)

BİLGİkariyer is a platform available only to students and alumni, designed by the Career Center where registration for educational activities, seminars and other events can be made, appointments with career counselors can be arranged, resumes/cover letters can be prepared and uploaded, published job and internship ads can be perused and applied to and national and international school/competition/scholarship announcements can be read. Students can access the BİLGİcareer website by using their bilgiedu.net email addresses and passwords, which are also used to access the SIS system.

Preparation for Work Life and Personal Development Seminars

The center assists in accessing resources and information towards self-recognition, career development and job search.

University-Sector Collaboration and Certificate Programs

By collaborating with upper level company management members, opportunities are provided to get to know the business world, benefit from industrial knowledge and develop competencies and a professional network.

Job and Internship Opportunities

The www.bilgikariyer.com website brings together over 700 different corporations from many industries to provide a platform for students and employers to come together and learn about internship and job opportunities. Thanks to the volunteer internship program, opportunities for gaining work experience are provided to students that do not have a mandatory internship requirement.
