Student Affairs

The purpose of Student Affairs is to inform all undergraduate-associate degree students about academic and administrative issues starting from their registration at the university to their graduation and help them to meet their requirements during their university education.

Each advisor in the Student Affairs Office is responsible for a different faculty. The advisors offer guidance to students on academic and administrative issues, help them in their communication with administrative-academic staff and work in coordination with the related units.

• Course registration, course exemption, course add-drop, withdrawal from a course
• Registration, registration suspension, and withdrawal from the university

The Student Affairs Office is open from 08.30-17.00 during the week.

Library

BİLGİ Library offers an impressive collection of books, periodicals, e-books, e-journals, academic Internet resources, music scores and other printed material. Student suggestions for items such as books and DVDs are taken into consideration and added to the collection.

The BİLGİ Virtual Library contains more than 342,000 electronic books, 58,000 electronic journals, 113 electronic databases and encyclopedias. Access to these resources is available over the Internet, on-campus and off-campus any time of the day. The library also offers e-readers and tablets that use e-ink technology that do not put stress on the eyes and allows for the reading of thousands of e-books and provides access to over 5.000 newspapers and magazines in their original format in 60 different languages from 110 countries. All library news, activities, and developments can be followed from social media.
